The challenge was training technicians to tackle maintenance and troubleshooting on large, intricate, and hard-to-access systems. Traditional training methods didn’t provide the hands-on experience needed for such complex tasks.

To solve this, an Augmented Reality (AR) app was designed, allowing technicians to interact with lifelike 3D models of the systems. This cutting-edge solution makes collaboration seamless, even remotely, offering an interactive, team-based learning experience.

By using AR, the process of diagnosing and fixing issues becomes much more tangible, giving technicians the chance to sharpen their skills in a safe, controlled setting before facing real-world challenges.
